First year membership fee waived when four or more pictures are submitted. Why? Because the more property pictures on our Network the better we serve all of our members.

VEN Exchange Credit: $250.00

Members allowing use of their vacation home in an Indirect Exchange receive an Exchange Credit. This Credit can be used at a later time either to pay in full for a Direct Exchange or as 50% payment for an Indirect Exchange.

Additional Pictures: $5.00
